  Horrible customer service. Ordered some cables. IF I did not contact them and ask why it has not shipped, they would not contact me. Items out of stock. Told them to just cancel order and refund Paypal. DEAD SILENCE...3 emails stating to cancel and refund...no answer. Finally had to get Paypal to force them to refund my money. NEVER NEVER would I even visit their website. Much less buy anything from these people. RESPONSE: Actually, you are wrong. Completely incorrect on the phone calls. Had my phone with me. I find it rather sad and pathetic that you think that including my name matters. This actually shows just how you run your business. You warren refused to respond to at least 3 emails. You warren had your chance to respond to my emails. You warren chose not to. You are actually attempting to blame me for your unprofessional actions. That is so funny. Good luck to you warren.

They have first class service and will do everything they can to please their customers. They know their products, their prices are competitive, and if required, they will provide a high level of personal service that you won't find with any other online catalogs. If you ever have a problem that needs a solution, you can't go wrong with Pro Audio Solutions.
